Property Handover System - Designed to revolutionize the handover process between project management teams and customers.

This project aims to provide a complete Property Handover System for different parties (property developer / contractor / property management office / owners) to use at different stages.

We provide an iPad app and a web backend panel for the staff from the property developer to use. The staff will use the app to check the status of their property on site and submit the checklist forms. Later they could do Q&A process with the main contractor via backend.

After the property developer has finished Q&A, they will pass to the property management office to do Q&A again before they really hand the unit over to the new owners.

Regarding the real handover to owners, we developed a mobile app for the property management office to notify the new owners to download first. Owners use it to make an appointment to do the handover process at the property site. Staff would import all the new owners’ information and login accounts into the backend system.

After the handover is done, owners could use the mobile app to submit the defect inspection forms about their new unit(s), and the property management office will handle them as soon as possible.
