The project is to help fund companies manage all the administrative and legal tasks when the fund manager is selling a new fund to their investors. We leverage technology to allow the fund manager to create a new Fund Subscription for their investors, create a new investor and upload all the investor documents for eKYC purpose which relies on OCR. Anything missed during each subscription form can be validated and communicated via the system between the fund companies and our clients.
Until now, our client has seen the benefits of our services. We have digitalised 104 forms together with related form submissions and supported recognising address proof from 7 different regions/countries, including Cayman, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Mainland China, Malaysia, Taiwan Region, Singapore.
