The objective of this project is to develop a web-based platform that allows users to register and create applications to apply for certificates in different categories. Administrator can have different roles to review and submit applications to upper levels for approval and comment. Approved applications will automatically generate a certificate in PDF format. Users can edit their applications during the approval process and receive the certificate in PDF format upon approval.
